Welcome to ReNew Salvage, your source for used & surplus building materials in Brattleboro VT. Resurrected by the same folks that brought you ReNew Building Materials & Salvage in 2004, but this time around as a partnership between Deconstruction Works (DW) & Reclaimed Materials Resource Management (RMRM).
During the week we are busy deconstructing and working towards a more ecological planet. We open the storefront weekday evenings and all day Friday for your shopping needs. Items posted on this website are generally available for in-store purchase or represent items we generally have in stock in that price range.
Besides inventory from deconstruction projects, we do accept walk-in donations of pre-screened items in resellable condition. Experience guides our donation acceptance, as our retail store is more of a “boutique” than an “emporium”. Since we can’t be all things to all people, we will try to direct your not-acceptable items to other outlets such as Front Porch Forum, Freecycle, the WSWMD Swap Shed, Facebook Marketplace or other free groups.
Donations may be tax-deductible if made through RMRM, a 501c3.
We do not accept credit or debit cards, but do accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, & Cash App.
We do collect VT & Brattleboro local option sales tax (=7%).
Pickups and deliveries may be possible for a fee if staff are available. No items held without deposit. No returns except on appliances or electrical items, which are guaranteed to work.
